While making prevention a priority to us, we offer a wide range of vaccine services. We continuously coordinate your health care on day to day basis, including tests, treatments, specialist visits, and hospitalization follow up.

Please provide your valid health card at every appointment. Invalid health cards may result in additional charges or cancellation of your appointment.
Please be on time to your appointment. We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete any paperwork. If you are running late for your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give our office a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Please bring a list of your current medications and any questions/concerns you may have.
